Stone Cold Sober

I made a lamp at schoolio as part of my product design course. I don't particularly like it, I keep it hidden in the stationary cupboard behind the topless mannequin and whenever I go into get a cutting board I am confronted by it.  But next year we get to make anything we want, which should be more exciting.

Anyway, I shall pick up the posts soon. I just always forget to take my camera out with me, and all my drawings lately are a bit lame. I'll think of some exciting posts to do, perhaps "charity shops I like" kinda thing? I'll come up with some ideas.

Hasn't got a stitch to wear

Evening, I hope that you are well.

It's been a bit of a dry week. Although I went to a few degree shows which were super inspiring to look at.  Got to start looking at universities soon, arghh! Decided I want to an art foundation but not to sure where ...

The awesome neck-tie-thingy photographed is made by Bev Alvarez. I haven't quite figured out how to wear it best yet, but I do love it. She has opened a new shop down Columbia Road which has lots of nice things in it. 

My guiltiest pleasure arrived in the post today ... "Disappear Here" - Peaches Geldof's magazine, I do love it grudgingly.

The boys a slag, the best you ever had

Walked to the Design Museum this morning. It was a bit drizzly so my hair puffed out quite a bit, but to be honest I only encountered primary school children buzzing from the excitement of a day out, so it didn't matter at all.  If you're in the area definetley check it out - lots of lovely things to look at. 

Gosh, I'll be polishing my shoes this evening and packing my pencil case - back to school tomororow!

I drive a Rolls Royce cos it's good for my voice

Here is a little sneak at one page from issue eleven. Lots of words. 

Got this jacket yesterday, it is super snazzy. It's from a really embarrassing shop (*river island), but I saw it through the window while I was waiting for my bus and I just had to get it. I think it is definitely going to get over worn this summer! 
I absolutely love writing lists of things to do, and that sheer satisfaction you get from crossing things off it.

Fortune cookies are a bunch of codswallop in my opinion.

Had asparagus risotto for lunch which was delicious and am now watching Freaky Friday (sadly not the Jodie Foster version) - can life get any beter?
