Featherweight champion, cheap to get pissed!

I am eating marshmallows as I write this and waiting for my din dins (my mum makes pretty damn good jerk chicken, in case you were curious what was being served up!). Sorry I've done hardly any blogging lately, school is just so hectic and everyone is turning eighteen at the moment, so I haven't had much time to sit and think about things to post about. Any suggestions for things you'd like??? More drawings? More fashion? More music? More funny stories? I'd love advice!
Has been a good week so far ... lots of drawing when I should be doing essays, lots drinking smoothies on the way to school, lots of ideas coming in  AND my ma said I could have her old Doc Martens which is brilliant.

Above, you can see snaps of my new mini project. I'm making glam elbow patches ... well I'm not sure to what extent you can call elbow patches glam, but you know what I mean! They are quite labour intensive to sew (I think I should use bigger beads next time), but I am determined to finish a pair and I think they will look alright. I may even put some in the etsy shop because it's looking a bit dead.

Also, check out the pressed penny!! YEAHHA! How brill? (I admitt I am a bit of a pressed penny loser). Betty sent it to me in the post last week from Japan. It's definetley my favourite in my collection now and it's super shiny.

Sorry, but my mum has just called me for din dins and I better go and eat!

Bedrock?

I promise this is the last post of catwalk snaps until Februrary. They can be boring, but Jeremy Scott owns a little piece of my heart and it would be rude not to mention him. I think I might start wearing a bone through my hair for school from now on! And the pink number is freakin' ace!

Friday

Too cool for school, eh? Pimped out English Lit and Design Tech books. Spent a large chunk of today's english lesson explaining to the boy next to me who Lara Stone is and that she does not need braces - what a fool!
Anyway, I'm majorly excited for LONDON FASHION WEEK!!! Dressing models on Sunday for ELey Kishimoto and I think tomorrow I may coincidentally be in the Strand area ...

AND in my last post I was complaining about having no clothes to buy, welllll ..... exciting news- JEREMY SCOTT POP-UP SHOP ON NEWBURGH STREET, hope I can find something good.

Plus new tapes for mail orders , yes!

When the moon hits you eye ....

Hello sausages!
I hope that you are all absolutely brilliant. I have been mega busy with school, drinking lots of smoothies, doing yoga and listening to lots of the Royal Tenenbaums soundtrack. Its soo annoying for once I actually have money for clothes and now I can't find anything that I would wear in the shops.
Well, I did get something pretty exciting in the post from a family friend last week. She had read this entry about my Burberry jacket and decided to send me a shirt - how cool and thank you Eileen!
stay awesome

NY FASHION GEEK

photograffs: style.com
Afternoon!
To be honest when it comes to fashion week I just wait for that supplement that comes free from Vogue that shows you the best of. However, in private study today I couldn't help but be tempted by a bit of Marc by Marc Jacobs. And woahh, what an awesome palette and the marshmallow shoes - I think I would wear every piece pretty happily.  And if these pictures don't convince you, these definitely will!

I wanna do what ever common people do.

Why aren't my bin bags Louis Vuitton? I think my quality of life would improve significantly with more glamorous rubbish.

Tatty Tatty Tatty Devine

Oh, yes!
Tatty Devine's new a/w 09 collection is out and it is jolly good. I love Tatty Devine sooo much, it's run by the loveliest girls ever and I can always be assured that no one else in my school will be wearing their jewellery (well they probably wear poor topshop imitations!). Their work is always fun and can perk up those days when you just want to wear a sloppy tshirt and jeans. My favourite was the Pierrot ring   followed closely by the Hobby Horse brooch. At the weekend my Dad gave me a sample Tatty heart necklace which I love to pieces.
What's your favourite piece of jewellery you own?

Fish and chips are only good by the sea.

Okayyyy. Hello. This post is a bit lazy, sorry that none of the photos are my own.
So this afternoon when I was in Peter Jones (sadly one of my fave shops) doing my back-to-school rounds, I was shocked to see that the 1st floor had Henry Holland tights, yeah? A bit too cool for Sloane Square, was my initial thought as well. Thinking of getting a pair, not too sure which colour yet ... black ... pink ... not too sure and they're only a tenner a pair.

Love, love, love St Trinians sooo much (even the one with Paloma Faith in it). I'm secretly proud of being photographed by the costume lady for the next film, on one of my scruffiest days running to the bus stop on the way home from school. Eurgh, I still can't believe I'm still in school uniform at seventeen, it is quite ridiculous (though I do secretly love my shapeless, shoulder-padded maroon blazer and itchy skirt!) , I don't know how some of my friends choose what to wear everyday.

Teenage Jodie Foster, just brilliant. Pity her later films are all a bit shit.
Anyway,  I best go and polish my shoes and iron my shirts.
Have a super evening.
I'll try and do some posts next week, maybe?
